As my Groomsman where spread from Albany to Boston I assumed it would be easier to go to a chain store. So I went and was greeted with inexperienced individuals who did not want to take the time to help. Being a larger guy I was unable to find a tux in the Springfield/Westfield area. Called Jerrid and he said no problem and put me into a nice tux. Was nice to unzip the garment bag and have everything fit without a need to adjust suspenders or bowtie. Great experience and he is just a nice guy that enjoys what he does.

Jerrid is absolutely amazing!!! We went to him for our wedding in 2019 and he did an exceptional job, so when our oldest son had prom this year we knew exactly who we were going to. Jerrid is professional, kind, caring, and compassionate. He takes his time with each client to make sure that they are getting exactly what they want. I came to Jerrid at Tux Express with a challenging fitting for my teen grandson. He was confident and reassuring that my Grandson would walk out of there feeling like a million bucks and that he did. Recently my son went to see Jerrid for a tux for his prom. Upon entering Jerrid greeted us promptly and had several available options for my son to choose from. Jerrid was very professional and listened to what my son was looking for. After a short wait, my son came out of the changing area  in his tux and it fit perfectly. Jared is absolutely wonderful! He was able to squeeze both of my kids in a week before prom for tuxes. Responded to all my questions and was a pleasure to work with! Highly Highly recommend!
